Liahona Magazine
As a design intern for Liahona, a global Christian magazine, I collaborated with an in-house team to craft print and digital layouts that shared faith-based stories with an international audience. Over the course of a year, I worked on numerous articles tailored to a diverse readership including adults, young adults, parents, and church leaders, helping ensure the Christian-centered content felt both inspiring and accessible across cultures.
The visual approach balanced reverence and warmth, using structured editorial layouts, meaningful imagery, and typography that supported clarity and reflection. Every design decision was made with intention, aiming to connect spiritually with readers while remaining globally adaptable. With content published in over 50 languages and distributed in about 150 countries each month, Liahona’s mission is to uplift, unite, and inspire.
Beyond print, I contributed to the successful launch and growth of Liahona’s social media presence. I helped brainstorm, design, and produce content for Facebook and Instagram, supporting strategic engagement that led to impressive growth of 546k combined followers.
